- Revenue lost per year
- $23,040

Do you do this every week? I can automate it.
Twenty minutes on the phone to look at how you do it today, and what could run on its own.
Frequently asked questions
How is it calculated?
Appointments per week × no-show rate × weeks worked gives the appointments lost per year. Multiplied by the average value of an appointment, they give the revenue lost.
Which no-show rate should I enter?
Yours. Count the no-shows over a few weeks in your calendar and divide by the number of appointments. The 10% shown is only a starting point to replace.
How can I reduce no-shows?
A reminder the day before, which the client answers to confirm or cancel, frees the slot in time to offer it to someone else. That is what the Clinic package does.
